Refund & Return Policy

  1. All Sales Are Final

    Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered.
  2. Order Cancellations & Changes

    • Orders may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund or credit toward a future purchase.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparations are already underway.
  3. Pickup Policy & Late Pickups

    • Customers select their desired pickup time when placing an order.
    • Orders will be held for up to 2 hours after the selected time, but we cannot guarantee freshness beyond the originally scheduled time.
    • If a customer is late beyond this window, the order may no longer be available, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up orders on time.
  4. Quality Concerns

    We take great care in ensuring our pastries meet high-quality standards. If there is an issue with your order:
    • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    • Provide a detailed description and include clear photos of the issue.
    • If the error is on our end (e.g., incorrect item, significant quality issue), we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are granted at our discretion.
  5. Damaged or Missing Orders

    • If your order is damaged during pickup/delivery or is missing items, please notify us immediately.
    • We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit.
    • We are not responsible for damages that occur after the order has been picked up or delivered.
  6. Custom Orders & Large Orders

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom and bulk orders ($50+).
    • The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before pickup/delivery.
    • No refunds will be issued on custom orders once production has started
  7. Allergy Disclaimer

    While we offer nut-free and gluten-friendly options, our kitchen processes common allergens (nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, etc.). We cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur, and we do not offer refunds due to allergic reactions.
